In 2013, Interpreters on every continent (except Antarctica) joined us for our first live webcast from InterpretAmerica 4 in Reston, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. It was an experiment that helped us expand our reach and allowed us to connect interpreters from around the globe with our one-of-a-kind programming. We will be offering a live webcast again in 2015, From the Irvine Auditorium at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, with more content, more discussion and more opportunities than ever before for you to interact and make your voice heard from anywhere in the world.

How do I register for the live webcast?

It's easy. Simply click here to fill out the brief form, pay and receive your information and access code to connect on the day of the Summit. That’s it.

How much does it cost?

The cost to watch the live webcast is US$35.00 per individual connection. If you have lots of space and a big computer screen? invite your colleagues to a viewing party.

How long will the webcast last?

We will be webcasting live from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 13. That's over nine hours of interpreting-focused content from experts from across the industry and profession. Watch as much or as little as you like. You can see the schedule for both days here

How do I pay?

You can pay using any major credit card accepted by PayPal or your personal PayPal account. After completing the registration form, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the transaction. Once payment is complete you will be directed back to the InterpretAmerica website. 

How will I connect on the day of the event?

Once you have registered and paid you will be provided with information on how to connect. You will receive your access code  for the live webcast by email on Thursday, June 11.

What kind of a device do I need to watch the live webcast on VoiceBoxer?

You will need a PC or Mac to watch the live webcast. Please be sure to have Adobe Flash installed on your computer. Most browsers already have it installed. If yours does not, you can install it by going to http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Additionally, your internet connection should have a minimum download speed of 1Mbps. Most cable modem, DSL and Ethernet connections surpass this.You may use the browser of your choice (e.g. Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox, Chrome or Safari).
